Crystalyte x5304 front hub motor with a Lyen 24FET 65amp controller, 72 volts from six 12 volt SLA batteries – Electric Bike Tire Burnout and Blowout in my garage. Highest wheel speed was 57 MPH. Peak current was 107 amps after the tire blew. Average current was 55 amps at wheel speed of 32 MPH. The tire was worn out and needed to be replaced, so I figured I would have some fun with it. I did. (The rim is being replaced too).
