Electric Bicycle Question…?

Could you change out the handlebars on an electric bicycle like the one in this link to have cruiser style handlebars? If so, how much do you think it would cost to have it done in a bike shop, and how hard would it be to do myself? Also, if one day I wanted to move the motor and the motor driven wheel to another bicycle that’s also 26 inches, would that be doable? Thanks so much!

Schwinn s500 @ 36v (extra battery) on hills

This video was taken after making a 3.5 mile trip which involved going up the hill that I went up at the end of this video, and I only put it back on the charger for about an hour. After about 25 or 30mph going down a hill the throttle wont do anything, I was going really really fast down that hill though. Acceleration from a stop can be assisted with your leg to save power or to just go faster… I also use my leg when going up steep hills when it’s really struggling. With brand new battery packs and the 36v setup (3x SLA 12v 10AH batteries wired in series and 36v charger) I can get somewhere between 7 and 10 miles per charge depending on terrain.
