I have no information about this bike only that its electric and looks like it works pretty well

I love this bike. Only does about 30kmh (20mph) but works great. You get around 100 kilometres (60 miles) to every battery charge, which only costs . That’s about 1c per kilometre. As it’s under 200 watts (about 199) you don’t need a license to ride it
